Rates
$175 per 50-minute session (this includes the GST).
$225 per 1-hour 20-minute (couples) session (again, this includes the GST).
If you are interested in reduced rates, I can offer a discount when you pay for a series of sessions up front. Making a commitment to 5 sessions will save you $25, 10 sessions – $100, 20 sessions – $400. * (Please note, these discounted session deals expire two years after the date of purchase).
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health services plan. The following plans are likely to cover costs:Employee and Assistance Programs, Great West Life, Green Shield Insurance, ICBC, Pacific Blue Cross, and Sun Life Insurance.
If your benefits plan does not cover Registered Clinical Counsellors, please feel free to give me a call to see if there is an alternative solution for insurance payment for you to pursue.
Payment
Payment is due at the beginning of each session. eTransfer is the preferred form of payment. Cash and check are also welcome.
Gift Cards are available to help support family and friends. * (There is no expiry date for Gift Cards).

Satisfaction Guarantee
Enjoy peace of mind with my “Every Session Satisfaction Guarantee.” Your fee will be waived if you are not satisfied with the therapy session, it’s that simple. This applies to your first session or any subsequent visit. I guarantee it.
Please note: You cannot reclaim monies for sessions prior to your most recent session.
Cancelled Appointments
24-hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. If a session is missed or less than 24-hours notice is provided, the full rate of the session will be charged. * (If possible, we can try to reschedule you within the same work-week to avoid the cancellation fee).
